Before arranging a return, please contact us and we'll be happy to help start the process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once your return has been approved and arranged, you will have 14 days to send the items back to us.

We guarantee our products are authentic and official. Products are sourced directly from official Korean or Japanese sites.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. On hand orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Before placing a pre-order, please note that your item will be shipped once it arrives at our warehouse. In most cases, this is 2–5 weeks after the official release date, provided there are no supplier or shipping delays, which can occasionally occur.

The release date is listed in the product description.

If your order includes multiple pre-order items or a combination of pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped only after all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
